Demo Request Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Kolayrez Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“Kolayrez” or the “Company”), acting as data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the related legislation, to inform you about the processing of your personal data. As Kolayrez, when you use the “Request a Demo” form we are obliged under Article 10 of the KVKK and other applicable legislation to inform you about the processing of your personal data. This notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes the processed data may be transferred, the method and legal grounds of collection, and your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK.

If you fill in the “Demo Request” form on our website Resbox.net, the following personal data is collected:

• Identity Data: First name, last name
• Contact Data: Email address, phone number
• Employment Data: Company/organisation (hotel) information
• Customer Transaction Data: Product of interest (if shared)
• Transaction Security Data: IP address, website access logs, system logs

Pursuant to Articles 8/2 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be shared, where necessary and only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and in accordance with the law, with our lawyers, judicial and administrative authorities, public authorities or third-party service providers. Such sharing takes place in order to fulfil legal obligations, to exercise our right of defence in possible legal disputes, to respond to information requests and to meet other legal requirements.

Your personal data is collected automatically when you fill in the “Demo Request” form on our website and through the cookies used during site visits; it is recorded digitally in our information systems and stored on our physical or cloud servers. It is processed on the grounds that it is “directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” under Article 5(c) of the KVKK and the “legitimate interests of the data controller” under Article 5(f).

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK regarding the processing of your personal data are summarised below:

Your applications will be concluded within thirty days of the application date at the latest. The first application is free of charge; a fee may be requested for subsequent applications or for transactions requiring additional cost.

The confidentiality and security of your personal data is a priority for Kolayrez. The necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent risks such as unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure and loss of data; in the event of a security breach, the Personal Data Protection Board and the data subjects concerned will be notified immediately.

In line with the principles of accuracy and currency, providing accurate and up-to-date data is important for protecting your rights over your personal data. For updates, you may email kvkk@resbox.net or notify us by post at the registered address above. Deletion, Destruction or Anonymisation of Your Personal Data Pursuant to Article 7 of the KVKK and the relevant statutory periods, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised by the Company once the purpose of processing no longer exists.
